The Heritage Park Retirement Communities

In 1984, Heritage Park built the first facility, Heritage Park East for residents who require assistance with the activities of daily living.  In 1987 the second facility, Colonial Inn , was built. It  is unique in that it was the prototype for the new State program for Extended Congregate Care (ECC) which now provides maximum personal care and intermittent skilled nursing for the very frail elderly.

In 1988, the Heritage Park Communities built Liberty Inn , a skilled nursing facility to provide short-term rehabilitation and nursing care.  Also in 1988, Heritage Park of West Delray was created to serve healthy, independent retirees who want hotel-type living, amenities and services, but require no supervision.
